Hi Dan, I have one more question for you. If someone is wanting to put in a rv sewer dump that will tie into the homeowners sewer line does that need a permit? And if so how would they go about getting a permit for that? Thank you for your time

Hi Brian,
Look at our lot and development standards. Your house sits on a lot zoned “R3” and you can use that column on the table for your setbacks.
Clackamas County doesn’t review building permits for structures under 200 sf. The City does do a review on the planning side regardless of size. It costs $100 and the application form is here:

Hello, I'm inquiring about some setbacks I am curious about, I bought the home at 511 Metzler st in molalla, and I am wanting to put up a temporary structure for like a lawn mower, trailer and other things. I was curious what my setbacks have to be from front, side, amd back fence lines, and if I have to have a permit for the structure? Thank you, Brian
