Hi Aldo,

Based on our discussion this is a tenant improvement that under our current code does not trigger any public improvements. Therefore, we have no conditions of approval and the applicant is not proposing to add buildings, require more services, or make improvements that would require a public works permit. Thanks.

Regards,

Application was deemed complete 12.14.17. Zoned R3. These improvements would be considered Tenant Improvements. I have been trying to find the original application for this development in order to determine if they need to put in sidewalks. I will continue my search once I get back. I did find out that phase 1 was built in 1978 and phase 2 was built in 1981.

Please send me any comments/conditions.

Note: I will be out of the office from Dec. 26-Jan 2.
