Hi Jack,

Probably best to start with Aldo Rodriguez, Community Planner. Dan has transferred the planning duties back to Aldo.

Last thing I heard was a plan was submitted by Alamo or Ruthanne that didn’t address stormwater run-off or the other code requirements. What we tried to explain to both Alamo and Ruthanne was that because they were intending to pave the frontage and the area exceeded paving limits that trigger stormwater requirements that it was not a simple pave and done process. This is just like any other development and any improvements will have to meet the code requirements that are in place at the time of application. It is probably best if you contact Aldo to set up a pre-application meeting so you, him and I can discuss what the steps are and how this can be accomplished. Thanks Jack and look forward to working with you on this.

Hi Gerald, my name is Jack Pearce with B&B leasing. I’ve been trying to get a permit for paving in front of or shop. Ruthanne Stiener is the owner of the property. She gave me Dan Huff’s info. to contact about this project. Evidently started the permit process with him. Witch I have no idea why? Dan did e-mail me back and told me that I needed to have someone draw up a site map for the project. I had our contractor Alamo paving draw it up and get it to you guys. And they heard nothing back? Just need to know where I need to go from here? Is there someone I should be talking to or contact info. for a department that I can give to Alamo? Was hoping to just pick up where Ruthanne left off. But if I need start over I will do that?
