What I think you need to do then is submit an accurate site plan that details what you are actually doing. The City does not have any issue whatsoever with the paving project. We do however, need to review grading, excavation and paving projects. You mentioned right of way in your e-mail and I am assuming that comment refers to driveway and driveway access. We cannot draw the plan for you but we do need a site plan that shows us what you are actually proposing.

Hi Dan,

My name is Jack Pearce. I work for and run Molalla shop for B&B Leasing Co. we are currently trying to pave in front of or shop at 508 Shaver st. I believe that there has been a misunderstanding. When talking to Ms. Steiner she talk about paving the hole lot. When are only trying to pave out front of the building. Mainly due to cars doing cookies in the gravel and throwing rocks all over the building, trucks, and street. I can provide another site map but would really like to talk to someone about the info that is needed. Where we will be paving is no where close to any property lines, the entire paving is a right of way and there is a 10 inch culvert that run the entire length of the entrance area.
