Since the meter box is installed in public row – you will be doing work in the row.

There is not a meter box, but the water line tap runs to the property line. At this point, there is a blue wire sticking out of the driveway entrance where the water line tap ends.
I appreciate that new staff do things differently and from now on I will complete and submit that ROW form, I just wasn't used to it.

The ROW permit is attached. There are two reasons that I didn't previously send this in.
1. I used to send them in, then Nicolas told me if all I was doing was a driveway approach, we didn't need this form. He told me this form was only if we were cutting into the road.
2. All utilities (water, sewer & elect) are at the property line. The only work we are doing is the driveway approach.
Anyway, sorry about that. I will start sending this form in again.
