It appears there are some roots protruding through the sewer main line at or around the service connection for 501 E 3rd street. Please review the inspection report provide. There is no blockage at this point but might need some attention. I’ve emailed the party’s involved, explaining the city will look into this issue and will take corrective measures and that this should not hold up the sale of the home. I sent the video and report attached here to Eric at Sanitech and he said this is a City repair contact engineers.
