Matt – We have not had a lot of time to review the conceptual site plan but one comment would be that the driveway access onto Main Street may be too close to the intersection at Shaver. City Standards are no closer than 50 feet and I believe ODOT standards are larger.

Pursuant to meeting land use requirements – I believe the City would support a zone change application for this property. You may want to consider processing a land partition at the same time.
