They are adding an additional outside storage building for the raw materials that are waiting to come in to the main plant for milling and assembly. This will be connected to an existing storage building away from the main plant. They will need to do some type of fire barrier between the two buildings as together they exceed the maximum area that is allowed ( 12,000 square feet) before a sprinkler system is required. Adding a fire barrier between the two structures divides the structure in to two separate fire areas of less than 12,000 square feet and negates the requirement of a sprinkler system.
