Importance: Normal

Nothing in the submission materials showed this storm drainage detention pond. It looks like it was from the previously approved plans, but I can’t see it from the aerial images. Was this storm drainage detention pond built originally?

If you could provide an electronic copy or drop off a copy to City Hall that would help.

I believe I had given you that with the fire egress plans?

So we are bring the building down to 12,000 sqft. Let me no if you do not have the approved site plans.

· The size of the structure requires stormwater detention/mitigation to be installed pursuant to our standards. A stormwater treatment system needs to be accounted for on the final proposal. Currently the plans show connection to an existing 12” PVC that drains to somewhere, but it isn’t clear where it connects.
