Hi Aldo,

In reviewing the attached materials it appears that the applicant is proposing to build the structure in a location that does not require access to the public right of way. The only impact shown is a proposed French drain to the roadway. Unfortunately, there is no storm system fronting this property other than a slight depression where a possible ditch may have once existed. The applicant will be required to drain to an onsite dry well or be required to extend public storm drainage improvements to the far end of their property in accordance with our development code. No water or sewer services are shown and the building proposed is not listed as a business so there are no SDC impacts. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.
