James,

Our public works director calculates the SDC fees and he is on vacation

and returning July 19th. Gerald will be in high demand for a few days

upon his return so I wouldn't expect a response on this till this Friday

or Monday. Additionally, there may be no fees - I'm not sure because I

don't calculate these fees myself I just wanted to prepare you for the

possibility.

Your 1500 SF addition didn't go through our engineering department when

you submitted back in January - so we are looking at it after the fact.

Our city manager said that we can grant a temporary certificate of

occupancy, but there is a charge for this with the county so it may make

sense to wait a week so engineering can review to avoid this fee. I think

the fee is around $500-$600 per TCO.

Thanks,

Thanks Brenda,

I apologize, I didn't reply to all with the previous email. I will

consider all of the information and likely need to discuss further. Also,

could you advise me at your earliest convenience what the City will

propose in terms of SDC fees?

Best regards,

James,

Here is the scanned utility map. The resolution is bad but the storm line

terminates about 112 ft north from your property line. I believe that

commercial property must detain stormwater and then connect the overflow

drain into our system. I checked with our city manager and he said we can

grant a temporary CofO while we work out the storm water and SDC issues.

thanks
