The plans were reviewed and approved by Aldo, and never given to engineering. The plans show the rain drains draining into an on-site storm pond and this didn’t happen. Instead – they piped the rain drains into the gravel parking area near the building. They called for the final last week and we noticed the rain drain issue. I asked James if he was planning on adding pipe or asphalt to direct the flow and he said no. I asked him if he has plans to do anything to treat the storm water and he said it stays on site. It looks like he should either install a drywell or extend the storm system to his frontage. Also, they added impervious surface – 1500 SF to the site, which should trigger SDC charges. Can we give him temporary occupancy while we work this out? I am just checking in to see if what I submitted is complete for your review and processing or to determine if you need anything else from me. If the information I submitted appears complete, do you have a possible date when the letter to Clackamas County (or approved / stamped Site Plan Review) from the City might be available. I will need this to submit to Clackamas County so they will be able to issue permits for the installation. Timing is an issue for me. I am scheduled out of state from 9/30 – 10/14. Just trying to do some advanced planning for my time away from the office. I have enjoyed meeting Gerald and am quite impressed with some of the plans and visions the City leaders have for the community. I really appreciate your and Gerald’s assistance on this project.
