Thanks again for taking my call. I wanted to see if you had any follow up from your meeting with Dan on a final SDC fee. I am ready to come down and pay the fees this afternoon if possible so you can sign off on Certificate of Occupancy. I hope to hear from you soon.

I want you to know that we at Pac Fibre really appreciate the help you give us on our projects. I know that you are committed to the regulations and making sure that the City of Molalla’s interests are protected, however I also believe you are an advocate for the people in the community that you serve. For that we are greatly appreciative.
