Property lines looks like they are not dead on when compared against fence lines etc… but that is a Google reference issue.

The yellow line that goes around the Buckaroo parcel is also a google line, disregard.

Here is a PDF of the boundary for E Clark and Buckaroo, take a look.

Per our last discussion I know the City wanted to cut the 3.21 Acre parcel and cut the equal amount from the 6.33 Acre parcel.

But my question is are we wanting to cut the parking area that is in the NW corner of the 8.42 Acre parcel?

I can’t come up today, construction calc’s are looming……

Perhaps tomorrow if there is a need for a meet.
