Hi Dan,

I don’t think that the installation of this bunker would trigger public works improvements as part of our code. They are not adding any additional traffic, stormwater, water, or sewer demands on the systems. If future expansion occurs then we will relook at development requirements. As I understand it, they have cleaned up a bunch on the site to remove some of the fire dangers that they were concerned about.
