Thank you for the plans. Can you confirm on the drawings the access road routes and lengths please? Once this is done I will have a better understanding of routes to and from the bunkers and will be able to apply the code appropriately.

James – Attached are the approvals from the City of Molalla that you need to submit for a building permit with Clackamas County. You do not need to pay any additional fees to the City so this e-mail should be all that you require. The Fire Department did mention a non-functional fire hydrant on the site that may need to be addressed. Please coordinate this issue with Fire Marshal Mike Penuneri and if needed Gerald Fisher.
