Thanks James. I’ve found the design review costs and they are based on the valuation of the improvement. What is the value of your improvement to the site?

Subject: RE: Bulk water meter removal

Hi Gerald,

Thanks for the follow up. We are purchasing the TFR operation and the sale will close tomorrow. We no longer need the bulk water meter on the hydrant outside the entrance to the facility at 410 Section Street. Water needed for that operation will be through a metered service location. Please let me know if you have other questions. I look forward to meeting you in the near future.

Best regards,

James Bobst

Subject: Bulk water meter removal

Hi James,

We have the removal of the bulk water meter from the Bergerson Land & Timber LLC site at the west end of Shaver Street. Please confirm by responding to this email that your company is purchasing the operation at this location and is no longer in need of the bulk water meter for your operation. We also want to ensure that should you need water for your operation that you will be drawing through a metered service location.

I’ve asked our recorder to provide us with the Planning Fee list. I should have that cost to you later this morning. Thanks and have a good day.
