It misses both on setbacks (it encroaches into the 5’ side setback) and doesn’t quite meet the design criteria needed to qualify. A resubmission with a modified front porch design such as a scaled version of my sketch below should be able to resolve both the setback and design element issues mentioned above, assuming no impact to rain drains and other utilities. Front setback is fine as only 5’ is required for porches. Let me know if you have any Qs. Still available at the direct # below.
