I’m not seeing anything on myside. Please let me know if you have had any guidance from Gerald pertaining the dedication of the Right of Way.

Conditions of Approval For 302 N Cole

3.Applicant will be required to dedicate right of way for radius at Cole/Heintz intersection and a 10’ wide public utility easement along Heintz frontage.

4. Right-of-way Dedications/Donations: If right of way dedication fronts streets under the jurisdiction of the City of Molalla, Applicant shall submit dedication on formats approved by the Public Works Department. In this case, dedications shall be on the partition plat.
