Good Afternoon Cody,
To better answer you question, It would be best to submit the house drawing for plan review. So I can see what we are dealing with, As to location and direction of all utilities connection and I can’t remember if you are adding a new home on this property or are you remodeling an exciting home.
Most of these question you are looking for you can find on our website under City Departments / Public Works / Administration and Engineering Division / Molalla Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction. The document is key word searchable, so its pretty easy to navigate through.
Let me know if this help and have a good weekend

Subject: 302 N Cole Utilities
Hello Sam,
We have spoken briefly about the utilities connection at this property in the past but I am drawing the plans for the house now and ready to move forward with the Utilities.
I have a couple questions:
Does the city hot tap the water line?
Storm and Sewer in same ditch?
What is the asphalt/ T cut requirement?
Does the city require a bond? how much, how long?
N Cole services the high school. If the work was performed on a non school day would it be possible to shut down the street between Heintz and Shirley St
Thanks for any information you can provide,
