Hi Aldo,

Here is the revised language to address the typo at the end of 1.A.3.

3. N. Cole Avenue: N. Cole Avenue is a minor collector under City of Molalla jurisdiction. Current right-of-way width is 60 feet and approximate pavement width is 40 feet. Minor collector (w/PK) require 50 feet of right-of-way and 36 feet of pavement under new sidewalk and property line to sidewalk requirements. Applicant will not be required to dedicate right-of-way for roadway widening or construct road improvements since improvements are currently up to standards. Applicant will be required to dedicate right of way for radius at Cole/Heintz intersection and a 10’ wide public utility easement along Cole frontage.
