Alice,

Sounds good and thanks for reviewing again.

If land is not dividable for residential development the blank easement would still limit half the property to other possible developments. Once easements are in place, they are hard and costly to eliminate. I would think an Storm Easement along the South line, like requested for Parcel 3 (soon to be Parcel 2) and then up the southern portion of West line to Streets would be more acceptable and reasonable. Course not sure how this works with grades and that would be a future development review item.

Hi Tony and Rick:

I will need to run this by Tony Brooks. He is out now and will be back on Monday, July 8. He will be digging out the first few days he is back. I will forward this email to him and put this on a Task list for him, upon his return.

Thanks for your patience.

Alice

Alice,

We are finally getting time to address and review your comments then ideally get a review copy of Partition Plat out to City and County Survey.

In review I have a question about Conditions item G. It appears you want a blank Storm Easement on the south half of new West Parcel 2 (we are probably going to renumbering Parcels to be in order from left to right or West to East). Wow this really limits what could possible be done with this lot when it has such a broad easement across it. That does not seem reasonable or fair.

The school district has talked about options and worst-case scenario is they must consider selling this West parcel. Thoughts were for residential development so the school district can get money to fund other options that are hard to get funded. At 0.84 acres and I believe minimum lot sizes of 5000 sq ft there is the potential for 6 lots here. Course there are a group of existing storm and sanitary across the middle of Parcel that will cause issues already.

So any change of getting this reduced.

Thanks,
