Gerald or Alice,

For the Aquatic Center Partition Plat, we are dedicating several easements to the City. I believe you have forms that you like to use for these and assuming MRSD has no issues with your forms other than to review before signing. Can you please provide templates so that we can get these started?

1. 1. 10-foot PUE along all street frontages
2. 2. 15-foot water line easement
3. 3. I guess the Sanitary and Storm easements are all private benefiting different Parcels in this Partition, so no documents needed, unless you see otherwise.
