Gerald,

The School District has not submitted a plan for future development, which the code wouldn’t require for PSP as there is no minimum lot size. Planning is not particularly interested in this but would the inclusion of such a plan desirable for public works?

Generally, this gets at a question of whether for the purposes of our findings we should accept in full the assertion by MRSD that there are no current plans for redeveloping the property.
