In review I have a question about Conditions item G. It appears you want a blank Storm Easement on the south half of new West Parcel 2 (we are probably going to renumbering Parcels to be in order from left to right or West to East). Wow this really limits what could possible be done with this lot when it has such a broad easement across it. That does not seem reasonable or fair. The school district has talked about options and worst-case scenario is they must consider selling this West parcel. Thoughts were for residential development so the school district can get money to fund other options that are hard to get funded. At 0.84 acres and I believe minimum lot sizes of 5000 sq ft there is the potential for 6 lots here. Course there are a group of existing storm and sanitary across the middle of Parcel that will cause issues already. So any change of getting this reduced.
