The first attachment is the Preliminary Plat document. The second attachment is the application with the same plat as the first attachment, and an attached aerial with existing conditions and a sanitary easement. The 3rd is a stand-alone of the same existing conditions aerial and sanitary easement. The School District is requesting to Divide the parcel where the Molalla Aquatic Center is located. Rather than one large parcel, the proposal will create three parcels. I understand from Gerald that this proposal was informally discussed with the School District in a Pre-App. We would like to receive comments back from you no later than Tuesday, June 4.
