Hi Gerald and Mike:
Attached you will find application materials for a Minor Land Parition Located at 432 Frances Street. The School District is requesting to Divide the parcel where the Molalla Aquatic Center is located. Rather than one large parcel, the proposal will create three parcels. I understand from Gerald that this proposal was informally discussed with the School District in a Pre-App.
We would like to receive comments back from you no later than Tuesday, June 4. Please let me know if you have questions.
