Nope. I have enough to say that they will need to dedicate an easement (will need to be private storm drainage easement) across south side of the pool parcel for the benefit of the east lot and one across the west lot for the benefit of the pool lot and east lot so drainage can go to the storm system on Debra and Christopher. Here is the property with 10 foot intervals from the County mapping system. Is his comment about the only area with contours compelling to you? You had said earlier you wanted the contours in order to determine where you might need a storm drainage easement. Let me know if this changes your mind about needing the information. BTW – It is a piece of information we require at time of preliminary plat.

Thanks for the email and working with us on this.

All we currently have for contours is in the area of utility mapping which is basically along the paved access driveway on West side of Aquatic center. I guess I can see what we can cost effectively produce for site contours.

I just left you a voicemail. Gerald Fisher and I reviewed your submittal and determined that we need the elevation contour lines on the partition plat before we can deem your application complete. I am hoping this is a simple layer that you can apply to the two utility eastment maps you submitted. One of the maps is an aerial and the other is not. Please include this information on both and resubmit those maps to us. Feel free to submit the information to us electronically.

If you return this to me by Tuesday, May 28, I can deem your application complete. Can you let me know if you will be able to finish this by Tuesday.
