The waterline main into the site will need to be in a 15’ wide waterline easement. If you send us a PDF of the survey linework we can mark up and send back to you to make the easement draw-up easy. Need to see fire hydrants, water meters, and line up to the building if no fire vault.

Gerald and Dan,

I am finally getting back to the Molalla Aquatic Center Utility mapping this week. We plan to be in the field Wednesday 8/22 mapping utilities. Last Thursday 8-16 I made a One Call Utility Locate request. I just want to check in with both of you on this and have you forward any info or insights you might have on Utilities that the City would like to put within easement.

Dan has provided me City GIS overview of utilities in the area.

I obtained an electronic copy of Aquatic Center design plans and the first four pages help with proposed utilities.

Thanks,
