Dan,
We visited the site, it appears there are three dwellings on this one property. The meter is only ¾” and therefore not sized to support the load. What we need is for the Building Official to approve the construction. Then, as Gerald pointed out, we can take their fixture count and size the meter for the dwellings that will be allowed to go there. This means we can’t turn their water back on yet. Do you have any official communications with this property owner yet? I just met with one of their Sons on site, but the owner should probably be made aware that water is on hold until we know what they are doing. The phone number we have on record does not go through.
