FYI, our planning director is back but will not be able to meet impromptu. Advanced scheduling will be needed.

The most important things you can do at this time are to:

• * Finish the pre-app materials and schedule a time to hold that pre-application conference. That will be a point where you can get the full scale of requirements.
• * Provide any additional permitting information that you can find. My searches on Accela did not turn up active building permits for either property. Only older expired ones.
