Ah, circular condition. It should say proof of compliance with condition 1. I.e. you show us either occupancy from the County or their response saying it isn’t needed. Correction attached.

Great news and that you for getting this back so quickly, I have a question regarding Section V, item #2 as listed below. What is condition 2 to the City of Molalla Planning Department?

V. Conditions of Approval

2. Prior to occupancy, the applicant/owner must provide proof of compliance with condition 2 to the City of Molalla Planning Department.

Hi Jeff,

Please find your change of use review and approval attached. See conditions near the end of the document for next steps.

The City will also be assigning a Transportation SDC credit to the property because the previous drive through bank use had higher trip generation than your proposed use. How this works is if/when you or another owner decide to bring in another use that has higher trip generation the City will only charge Transportation SDCs to trips above the trip generation threshold of the drive-through bank, if any. We’ll be providing you that documentation as a follow up to this approval.
