See conditions near the end of the document for next steps. The City will also be assigning a Transportation SDC credit to the property because the previous drive through bank use had higher trip generation than your proposed use. How this works is if/when you or another owner decide to bring in another use that has higher trip generation the City will only charge Transportation SDCs to trips above the trip generation threshold of the drive-through bank, if any.
