If you're using an older ITE then the closest match is 826 - Specialty Retail Center. I attached the ITE 11th Edition sheets for Land Use 822. If you decide to use that land use then use the regression curve equation. Thanks. I am not seeing an ITE retail code that would fit this type of business. Do you have any experience or recommendations for a proper code/description for this type of use?
