Please see attached application for a change of use/occupancy for 318 Center Ave. This is the site of the former Chase Bank. T-Mobile (retail sales and services) is moving there.
Sam – biggest question I have is trip generation aka SDCs and design review triggers if more trips are produced. Anticipated site changes are minimal. Unless design review is triggered, likely exempt.
