Hi Aldo,

Here are the small project conditions for this project. Also, there is an alley along the east side of this property and it does not appear to be encumbered by this garage addition from the submittals they’ve supplied.

1. Driveway and sidewalk behind driveway apron shall be constructed to current public works standards and a permit is required.

2. Rain drain connection shall be to public works standards. Recommend tying into curb at top of driveway wing.

3. Clean debris from existing sidewalk. Replace cracked and damaged sidewalk panels to current standards. Work can be covered under right of way permit.

4. This project is exempt from SDC’s.
