Steve Kyllo and his wife, the builder at 308 Cole submitted a request to save the tree by jogging the sidewalk around the back side. See attached sketch. I told Nancy Kyllo that this would require a sidewalk dedication from them. They mention a bumble bees nest under the tree as an environmental issue.
