This is Nancy Kyllo. A surveyor is working with us on the 10 ft easement. That should be handled within the next couple weeks.

We will resolve all open items before the sale is final.

Thanks for the update. Your ROW permit is expired and I will need to re-issue a 2019 ROW permit for tracking. It’s important to record the PUE before you sell the house or you won’t be able to legally execute it if you aren’t the owner. Please get this submitted before the house closes.

1. The PUE dedication
2. Repair the asphalt removed for the driveway installation and sidewalk.
3. Project final from City.
