Hi Brenda,

I would like to come down to your office tomorrow to get a signed document for the removal of the tree at 308 N Cole . My wife will be there tomorrow with a proposal for an option other than removal.

Unfortunately, I do not have a lot of time to waste on this discussion. I just wanted to make sure people know that it is the city of Molalla is requesting the destruction of this tree and the bumble bee nest under the root ball. I am moving on with scheduling the subcontractor to remove the tree and the additional expenses. I do not want backlash from anyone around town or any environmental fines associated with the bumble bee habitat.

After reviewing the proposal, please advise if it is possible to make an accommodation.

Thank you,

Steve

Steve,

Your wife stopped by today and mentioned the expensive tree removal cost. Contact PGE about this as they may have people on contract who will remove the tree for a lower cost.

Thanks,
