Hi Dan,

The only comments we have in Public Works is the following:

  1. 1. Runoff from the structure shall not impact neighboring properties and shall be controlled using a drywell or other stormwater retention option.
  2. 2. Structure shall only be used for a shop type of use and not for a dwelling unit.
