Component 1: The Applicant is currently looking to obtain permits for an interior. Component 1 is exempt and Planning is handling that portion of the application separately. Component 1 is outlined in BLUE on pgs 3 and 4. Component 2: In applying for approvals, Clackamas County found that the garage had been remodeled into a living space and they/we were unable to find permits for that project. We are looking for comments on retroactive approval for Component 2. Component 2 is outlined in RED on pg 3. We are processing these components concurrently to ensure that all phases of remodeling are permitted. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with additional Qs.
