Subject: RE: BP08-2020 - 300 Stowers RD - Remodel and Retroactive Addition Approval

Importance: Normal

Hi Dan,

That would be considered a separate living unit and subject to SDC’s. I need to know a few things:

  1. 1. How is it hooked up to water?
  2. 2. How is it hooked up to sewer?
  3. 3. How is it hooded up to stormwater?
  4. 4. What is the bedroom and bathroom count?
  5. 5. Is it being used as a grandmother or is it an apartment rental and is either allowed in the zone?

Let me know on these. I have a conference call im going into. Thanks.

Subject: BP08-2020 - 300 Stowers RD - Remodel and Retroactive Addition Approval

All,

This application has two components.

Component 1:

The Applicant is currently looking to obtain permits for an interior. Component 1 is exempt and Planning is handling that portion of the application separately.

Component 1 is outlined in BLUE on pgs 3 and 4.

Component 2:

In applying for approvals, Clackamas County found that the garage had been remodeled into a living space and they/we were unable to find permits for that project. We are looking for comments on retroactive approval for Component 2.

Component 2 is outlined in RED on pg 3.

We are processing these components concurrently to ensure that all phases of remodeling are permitted.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with additional Qs.

Best,

Dan Zinder
