Here is the scanned utility map. The resolution is bad but the storm line
terminates about 112 ft north from your property line. I believe that
commercial property must detain stormwater and then connect the overflow
drain into our system. I checked with our city manager and he said we can
grant a temporary CofO while we work out the storm water and SDC issues.
