Mark – Let us know when you need items from the City. We look forward to your project and we are willing to assist where we can. I also want you to know that even though you are working with a whole new crew here we are more than capable to make things happen. Because your original project occurred some time ago our standards and codes are quite different today. Based on our review of preliminary information we believe the current development code actually is better for you. We will need to review existing conditions at a more detailed level once you are ready to proceed.
