Yes, there is an 8” sewer line that extends from the main line on Molalla Forest Road. See pg. 6.

Dan,
I was referred to you by another member there at the City of Molalla Public Works department concerning the sewer connections on Molalla Forest Road.
I am interested if there are any laterals on the North side of the parcel where the Molalla Ready Mix facility is located. We are looking at developing a portion of the parcel that is to the West of the existing MRM facility and I need to identify any services that are available. I currently have the storm and the domestic water systems and I just need to identify the sewer service.
I have attached a drawing provided to me for the domestic water to help identify the area that I am interested in.
