Mr. Gates,
So you understand, we are not singling you out. Your project had specific conditions for the development of your shop that included the installation of a driveway apron, paving of your driveway, and discontinued use of the connection to Hoyt. This work was supposed to be completed with your shop and was not done. We are now in a position of non-compliance with your approval. It is each property owners responsibility to fulfill the requirements of the approval regardless of any other circumstances.
That being said, if you need assistance with a location for the curb line then we can help you with that once you have a contractor on board. We will provide them with the location so that they can complete the required work. What we need from you is to secure a contractor and have them get in touch with Sam for a field location that will allow them to complete the driveway apron and driveway. Once that is done we can close out this land use approval. Thank you.

Again this was not started until 2019 late July due to plans to county I was made to buy a permit before my plans went to the county. I am working on getting this done. Still no one can tell me just where the approach needs to be. I know I have the required stuff from you. I guess I will go down the street and measure off someone else drive way. Just don’t know why this approach has been on your top of your list to get done. I still will be the only one on my side of the street with one

Steve,
I understand that Covid-19 has thrown a wrench into most, if not all of our plans this year, But there has been more than enough time for completion of your frontage improvements. The original permit was processed and approved back in late December of 2018, Fifteen months prior to Covid-19. My recommendation would be to find a contractor that is willing to come in and help you finish your improvements. If not completed by extension date, It will be turned over to Code Enforcement.
