Good Morning Steve and Jill,

See attached files on PW Permit, Approval Packet with Conditions and design sheet for residential driveway.

To finalize and close out PW53-2020 Permit the driveway apron will need to constructed and meet the standard set forth in your application. Once construction improvements are completed pertaining the ROW Permit, You will need to schedule for a final inspection for sign off. Please see notes below for requirements of Condition of Approval.

  1. 1. A driveway apron shall be constructed at a location that meets the roadway standards for Ridings Avenue. This will also be the only driveway allowed to the property. The applicant can construct up to a 24-foot-wide driveway throat with wings and pave all of the driveway surfaces to the garages. Pavement will need to be asphalt, concrete, or pavers. Gravel driveway will not be allowed.
  2. 2. Final certificate of occupancy shall not be granted until all conditions of the design review approval have been met.

 

You’ll need to coordinate with Planning and Public Works on all condition and requirements to receive final certificate of occupancy.
