Hi Dan,

Can you give me an update on the status of the improvements at 239 Ridings? The following were the requirements on the project:

Construct a driveway apron that meets the roadway standards for Ridings Avenue. This will also be the only driveway allowed to the property. The applicant can construct up to a 24 foot wide driveway throat with wings and pave all of the driveway surfaces to the garages. Pavement will need to be asphalt, concrete, or pavers. Gravel driveway will not be allowed.

They were required to close the connection to Hoyt Street and only use the new paved driveway and apron on to Ridings. According to our records, they took out a permit but have not completed construction. This was a requirement for a project from 2018. Do they need to go to code enforcement?
