Aldo,

Currently there is a 1 car garage on site with no approach or sidewalks. This appears to be more like an ADU then a garage with the bathroom. I recommend they add a concrete driveway approach and pave an asphalt connection between the road and driveway so that its not gravel and to control the storm water.
