Hi Aldo,
They will need to construct the new driveway and sidewalk meeting our standards across the front of the parcel. Power is underground and any other utilities they may want to the site, such as cable, will also need to be underground. I will put together a set of conditions for this property and send it over to you. Need to look and see if there is anything else missing. Thanks.
