Subject: RE: Properties on South Molalla Ave

Importance: Normal

The moratorium does not allow for cutting of newly paved streets except in the case of an emergency (like a gas leak) or in the case of a land use action which is what the potential buyer is looking at doing. In that case they are required to do a tiered T-cut/grind and inlay of the roadway. Am I supposed to call him back?

Subject: Properties on South Molalla Ave

Hello,

The current owners of the 2 properties on Molalla Ave, (the potential buyer called you earlier in the week) were in asking for clarification about the 5 year moratorium and a possible $50,000 bond that is required. The current owner is Roger Peterson at 503.459.8420. He’s just trying to gather the facts because the offer made on his properties were significantly lower than asking price due to this situation.

Thank you,

Darlene Bishop
